Restoration (Deep Tissue)

Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. Slow, deep work that does not have to be painful to be effective. Improve range of motion, heal injuries below the surface, and leave restored.

Sports Massage

A blend of dynamic stretching, vigorous massage, and active release therapies. Perfect for athletes and non-athletes alike.

Cupping Therapy

Perfect for areas of chronic pain, stiffness, and tension. This service utilizes suction cupping, a process where oxygen is removed via a suction device that easily attaches to each individual cup, creating negative pressure that draws the skin into the cup. Safe, effective, and refreshing.*
