Jarret Addleman is a Licensed Massage Therapist who studied at East West College in Portland, OR. As a lifelong athlete, he’s experienced firsthand the pain of injury and the effects of chronic untreated pain. From shoulder dislocations to muscle strains and tendon sprains, he’s pushed his body to its limits and learned how to recover. His whole body approach utilizes a blend of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Muscle Energy Techniques (MET), and Myofascial release to alleviate pain, calm the nervous system, and restore range of motion. He believes that everyone deserves to live comfortably in their bodies, and in the power of healing touch through massage.
